Stormpunk Islands

‘Stormpunk islands’ is a speculative climate fabulation. It’s published online in The Climate Almanac by the Centre for Science and the Imagination, Arizona State University, as an Open Access book.

You can read it for free alongside fellow sci-fi authors, the legendary Kim Stanley Robinson and the awesome, Libia Brenda.

The story was written specially for this collection, and is based on my collaborations and ethnography in Orkney, Scotland. But the characters and setting is entirely fictional.
